Sylva Office

Located in the beautiful region of Kashubia, the new Sylva office building in Wiele is a truly unique project — one of the first office buildings in Poland constructed using CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology. Designed by APA Wojciechowski Architekci for Polish producer of wood, this three-story, 1,500 m² building combines sustainable architecture with modern functionality, serving as both the company’s headquarters and a showcase of the potential of wooden construction.

The lighting concept, created with LUXIONA luminaires, perfectly complements the building’s distinctive character. X-Line LED luminaires in a system version and elegant black finish form striking geometric compositions and long, continuous lines running through the office interiors. Additional accents are created by X-Wall and Artshape luminaires — Six, Three, Square, and X — adding rhythm, balance, and a refined aesthetic to the natural warmth of the wooden space.
