What is EcoVadis?
Established in 2007, EcoVadis provides a collaborative web-based rating platform assessing the non-financial global performance of organizations. It evaluates sustainability management systems through 21 sustainability criteria across key areas including Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. EcoVadis integrates international sustainability standards and regulations from over 160 countries, guided by seven founding principles ensuring evidence-based assessment, diversity of sources, and excellence through continuous improvement.
